Shipping Methods
We offer secure and reliable shipping options to ensure your precious jewellery reaches you safely and promptly:

Domestic Shipping: All Australian orders over $150 include free express shipping. For metro areas, estimated shipping times are between 1-3 days. For regional areas, please allow 3-5 days for shipping.

International Shipping: All International orders include free express shipping with a minimum $500 spend. If your order does not reach the minimum spend, shipping is calculated during the checkout process.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and order specifics.

Packaging
Every piece of jewellery from Josie Anne & Co. is carefully packaged to ensure its safety during transit. Our packaging includes:

Protective padding and cushioning

A detailed certificate of authenticity (only if purchase price is over $2500, unless organised to be included otherwise).

We take your privacy and the safety of your purchase seriously. Please review the following sections regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact customer care at hello@josieanne.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.

Clearly mark the RA number on the package.

Ship the item to our designated return address, which will be provided with your RA number.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

Custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications.

We do not accept returns on engraved or personalised items unless they are found to be defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Lifetime Care Policy

At Josie Anne & Co. we are committed to ensuring that each and every piece purchased from us will retain their brilliance and look as sparkly as the day they were purchased.

Our Lifetime Care Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and assurance that your jewellery will continue to shine and fit perfectly.
This policy covers complimentary services, maintenance, and resizing for your jewellery.

Complimentary Polish and Clean: We understand that your beloved pieces deserve to look their best on special occasions, such as events and most importantly, the big day! Therefore, we offer complimentary polish and cleaning services for your jewellery before important events.

To take advantage of this service, please schedule an appointment at least 1 week in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Free Resize Service: At Josie Anne & Co. we want your jewellery to fit you perfectly. If you find that a ring you've purchased or have been gifted is not quite the right size, we offer one free resize service per piece, soon after it has been purchased/gifted to you.

We will assess the ring's size and provide an estimated time for the resizing.

Depending on the complexity of the resize and the availability of materials, the process may take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed about the progress.

Terms and Conditions:

The Lifetime Care Policy applies only to jewellery purchased at Josie Anne & Co.

The complimentary polish and clean service is available at a maximum of 6 per year, per piece.

Jewellery pieces should be in good condition for the complimentary service, and any repairs needed will be charged separately.

The free resize service is available for rings purchased at Josie Anne & Co. and applies only once, at a maximum of 3 months after the purchase.

The policy does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.

Josie Anne & Co. reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Lifetime Care Policy at its discretion.

Valentine’s Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised and conducted by Josie Anne & Co (“Organiser”). By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as all decisions made by the Organiser, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals worldwide, aged 16 or older, who have a valid Instagram account.
2.2. To be eligible, participants must complete all of the following steps for their entry to count:

Follow the Organiser’s Instagram account: @josieanne.co

Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
2.3. Bonus entries can be obtained by:

Sharing the giveaway post to the participant’s Instagram story (private accounts must send a screenshot to validate this entry).

2.4. Participants who are already following the Organiser or signed up as a VIP member will automatically have their entries counted.

3. Prize
3.1. The winner will receive the following prize package:

A 2.01ct E/Vs2 Oval-Cut Lab Grown Diamond.

A $500 Gift Card redeemable towards a custom jewellery piece using the included diamond.

A private design consultation with Josie Anne & Co.
3.2. The total approximate value of the prize is $3,000 AUD.
3.3. The gift card is valid exclusively for a custom jewellery piece that includes the diamond provided in this Promotion. There is no minimum spend required.
3.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Entry Period
4.1. The Promotion begins at the time the giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends at 2:00 PM AEST on 13 February 2025.
4.2. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomisation process.
5.2. The winner will be announced on Instagram via a post on the Organiser’s account (@josieanne.co) on 14 February 2025.
5.3. The Organiser will also notify the winner via a direct message from the official Instagram account (@josieanne.co).
5.4. The winner must respond to the Organiser’s message within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions
6.1. By entering, participants agree to:

Release the Organiser and Instagram from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Abide by Instagram’s terms of use.
6.2. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not adhere to these terms.
6.3. The Organiser is not responsible for technical failures or delays that may prevent participation in the Promotion.
6.4. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
7. Privacy
7.1. Participants agree that their personal information (such as name and Instagram handle) may be used by the Organiser for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, available at www.josieanne.co/privacy-policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
8.2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
